TUMI Genomics’ Fungal screen diagnostic assay uses a TaqMan qPCR to detect the presence of pathogenic Pythium and Fusarium species in water samples that have been previously plated in petri dishes for 7 days.

This product allows for 01 sample of water to be tested.
Results take 10 days to be delivered.


The primer/probe sets target the Pythium and Fusarium genomes.

The Pythium species detected in the assay are:
P. dissotocum
P. myriotylum
P. ultimum
P. alphanidermatum

The Fusarium species detected in the assay are:
Fusarium oxysporum
Fusarium solani
Fusarium proliferatum
fusarium brachygibbosum

Note: The assay detects the presence of pathogenic Pythium and fusarium. If you would like to identify the species infecting your plant we have Pythium and fusarium speciation tests available. Please contact sales@tumigenomics.com for pricing.

Materials

Tube storage box, barcoded collection tubes, an instructions for use card, and a matching set of barcodes for tracking purposes.
